Step by Step explanation of the booking process...

First please look over the website. Many questions are answered on the website and we want you to be familiar with what we do. When you are comfortable with the laser tag party concept:

Click on "Reserve your Party" button in the tool bar located on the left of the website or on the "click here to reserve your party or rental" located in the text of most pages. This action should navigate you to our appointment scheduling webpage.

Next, you will need to click on the service item that best suits your needs. ie. "Chaperoned Laser Tag Party with up to XX Phasers" or "Weekend Rental of XX+1 Scorpion Laser Tag Equipment".

Next, you will need to choose the staff member that will be servicing your needs. James,Tracy & Veronica typically do the chaperoned events in the DC/MD/VA area. Tom serves the Central FL area. If one of us does not have a posted availability at a time you need, please check the other staff member. We typically do multiple parties at the same time-frame. Rick does the rental deliveries and therefore is the default rental staff member.

Next, you will need to choose the most appropriate date and time that will work for your party. Available times will show on the calendar. Click on the displayed time you want for your party.

Hints: Please use the calendar date bar located at the top middle of page to navigate to the date you are looking for. Click on center of the date tool bar will bring up the monthly calendar so that you can quickly go to future months.

Next, you will need to fill in the "Add Contact Info" booking request form.

Next, click on the blue "Book Appointment Now" button located at the bottom left of the "Add Contact Info" page.

At this point your party or rental is booked and the time of your requested appointment is conditionally removed from the availability calendar. An email is now sent to you confirming your request. An email is also sent to us notifying your request.

We will call you as soon as possible to verify the booking. We try to answer any questions you may have at this time. If everything looks good, we accept your booking.

Next, you will receive an email notifying you that your appointment request was accepted. If there is a problem, scheduling conflict or repeated failures to verify your request by telephone, you will receive an email notifying you that we unfortunately have to decline the appointment.

Three days prior to your appointment, you should receive an email reminder.

Two days prior to your appointment, you should receive a text reminder if your provided telephone number accepts texts.
